60 Parsecs! is the space-bound sequel to 60 Seconds, released on September 18, 2018. The game introduced new features, such as crafting and the new stat Morale.

Description[]

During the end of the 1950's, Americans wanted to reach the stars, today they become Astrocitizens, tomorrow: nuclear war. But even in space no one is safe from a nuclear bomb. 60 Seconds to evacuate, choose a captain, get supplies, get a crew, escape from your space station in your shuttle. The future of the last surviving people rest in your hands, captain, make hard decisions and survive 60 Parsecs! away from the Earth.

Scavenge and Evacuate[]

"With only 60 seconds before nukes reduce the space station to floating particles in the vacuum of space, frantically grab whatever supplies and crew you can before getting out of there. You never know when that sock puppet will come in handy."

Explore and Craft[]

"Duct tape fixes all problems, but how do you fix (or at least craft) duct tape? Chart expeditions to find resources, craft survival essentials and explore strange new worlds in a procedural, very-much-permadeath adventure."

Lead and Protect[]

"As captain, it's your duty to keep the crew happy - they're less likely to kill you that way. Manage relationships as you watch them grow closer and hopefully not throw each other out the airlock."

Survive and Decide[]

"Space funerals are inconvenient, so try to avoid dying where possible. Use your limited supplies and (hopefully not limited) wits to make difficult choices and ensure your survival, even though the odds are definitely stacked against you."

Stages[]

  1. Gather your supplies and your crew to escape the nuke coming to destroy you, Captain!
  2. Launch into Space with the supplies you gathered.
  3. Make first contact with hopefully NOT the no-good Reds!
  4. Find a planet and land (safely... or not) on it.
  5. Help the other beings you find for your good, happy ending.
