	Pacifist	"Defend yourself without a weapon"
	Not alone	"if you play, they will come." (Tinker with radio, and do not visit address the next day. Then, play Harmonica, and get the achievement
	Fair Exchange	"Perform 30 successful trades."
	Liberation	"Rescue someone from the bandits." (get a family member capture and then save him in a raider's camp battle)
	Pro gamer	In apocalypse mode only grab what a real gamer needs. (Grab the deck of cards and the checkers ONLY)
	Take that, Brundlefly!	Swat it real good. (Swat a fly in the shelter)
	Rescue time!	Get rescued by the military.
	Family guy	Rescue the whole family.
	No Stone Unturned	"Fully explore your shelter." (Make all the shelter events, exploring safe boxes and holes)
	Out of the Bag	"Find a new companion."
	Yes Man	"Always say YES and win."
	Naysayer	"Always say NO and win." Say NO the first time the military/twins open the door, second time they do it answer YES.
	The Dark side	Show your evil self. (Say yes to the Desperate Measures event)
	Cat Lady	Learn and serve to obey the new masters. (Get all the cats, including the clones.)
	Prepper	Survive 5 days in your fallout shelter.
	I will survive!	Last 10 days in your fallout shelter.
	Survivalist	Stay in your fallout shelter for 20 days.
	Last man standing	Stay alive in your fallout shelter for 40 days.
	Konrad Style!	Beat the fallout shelter survival record. (Survive 111 days)
	Souper!	Collect 10 Soup cans from your house.
	2-1-6	Collect 10 Water bottles from your house.
	Danger zone	Break or use everything possible in your shelter.
	All thumbs	Break or use something in your fallout shelter.
	Cuckoo's nest	Turn your fallout shelter into a madhouse (make all characters insane at the same time).
	Gotta get 'em all	Scavenge each item at least once.
	Atomic Drill	Complete the Government Endorsed Fallout Drill/Tutorial (Finish the atomic drill).
	This is the end	It's all over (Get the raiders ending).
	Bughunter	Show those mutant roaches who's in charge (Spray the roaches after they try to talk to you by holding signs).
	One way ticket	Die in your fallout shelter.
	Friend in need	Find a new friend. (Obtain Pancake the Dog)
	Tora! Tora! Tora!	Ram 1337 obstacles in your house.
	Lumbersexual	Trim Ted's beard the trendy way. (Shave Ted with an axe and suceed)
	Home, sweet home	Get to the shelter before the bomb hits.
	New species	Mutant!!! (Transform Mary Jane into a mutant.)
	Duck and cover!	Survival is overrated. Stay to see the fireworks! (Don't escape the bomb while scavenging)
	Miracle	Listen to the voices from beyond. (Spam radio on Days 3 and 7 until you hear weird noises and not static)
	New order	Meet the local 'law-enforcement'. (In an expedition go to the police and the fireman).
	Unplugged	Ram and destroy the toilet.
	Enola Gay	Win a game in every mode on Little Boy difficulty.
	Manhattan Project	Win a game in every mode on Fat Man difficulty.
	A New hope	Be saved by the twins.
	Dead Hand	Win a game in every mode on Tsar Bomba difficulty.
	Feline Domination	"Look at me. I'm the captain. meow."
	Soup Can into Space	"Reach for the stars."
	Men In Black	"Find your way into the VIP bunker."
	Raining Cats and Dogs	"There can only be one."
	Girl Power	"Live through the nuclear blast as Dolores."
	Enigma	"Reconnect with old freinds."
	Disco Roach	"Make them dance."
	A Gift	"Receive a gift." (Open the suitcase)
	What Goes Around...	"Give and get back." (Give soup or water to mutants in exchange of protection against raiders)
	Be Prepared	"Don't forget to stock your shelter." (Get the Dlc objects Padlock and Suitcase)
	Unbreakable	"Defeat three bandit attacks in one game."
	Challenger	"Complete one challenge."
	Holidays!	"Complete the "Holidays!" challenge."
	Mad Hatter	"Put on a stylish hat." (Win one of the scavenge game-mode, then put on a hat)
	Dawkins Residence	"Find deedee's apartment" (Yes to tinker with radio to remove static, and visit the address the next day)
	Stay frosty	"A cool escape." (Escape with the icecream truck)

Trivia

• In January 2017, "Rescue Time!" was earned by 0.4% of the players that played "60 Seconds!" less than "This is the end".
• The "Manhattan Project" achievement is a reference to the secret project, led by the United States, that led to the development of the first atomic bomb.
• The "2-1-6" achievement is a reference to Fallout 3, it is a code that activates a water purifier
• The "Yes Man" achievement is a reference to Fallout New Vegas, It is an NPC Robot
• The "No Stone Unturned" achievement is a reference to The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim, it is a quest where you have to find 24 stones for a crown
• The "Family Guy" achievement is a reference to the animated sitcom Family Guy.
• The "Konrad Style" achievement is a reference to Fallout 4, the 111 on the picture is the number of the vault the player starts at.
• The "Not alone" acheivement quote "if you play, they will come" is a reference to the popular baseball film "The Field of Dreams."
• The "Soup Can Into Space" achievement is a reference to Countryballs (Polandball), in which it is named after a running gag where the titular character of the webcomics, Poland, is unable to go to space.
