Bug Spray is used for many important events (shown below) and is an important item to bring, but is not a priority. It cannot be repaired and is not currently known to be tradeable. It can be used to fight with insects and in several other events.
If the player has Bug Spray but has already used their Medkit, there's a random chance which allows the player to repair the medkit by using the Bug Spray.
Events
Medic! Requirements: Bug spray.
Summary: The player can use the bug spray to replenish the Medkit. The spray will be gone (-1 Bug Spray BUT +1 Medkit).
Spiders everywhere!
Summary: The player can use the bug spray to make 1 soup can.
Mary Jane's birthday!
Summary: The player can give Mary Jane bug spray as a present. The spray remains usable in other events and will not be destroyed.
Cockroaches
Summary: The player can use the bug spray to get rid of cockroaches before and after they get into the shelter.
Old Women
Summary: The player can use the bug spray to defend the shelter from old women that attack the fallout shelter.
Education
Summary: The player can use the bug spray to "educate" Timmy, but makes him sick.
