You can exchange this item for 1 water bottle, if given the chance by the randomly occurring trader event.
Can be used to celebrate Timmy's and Mary Jane's birthday and to get rid of the ammunition trader(you will lose checkers if you do so)
Playing Cards are a way better to not get insane, Checkers are better for other events.(The Ammunation Trader, the Food 'n Water Trader, etc..)
